Norwegian continuous tense metallic element circle Frantic Beep was founded in Nov 2001 by St. Patrick Scantlebury (guitar/synth), Eywin Sundstrøm (guitar), and Karl Chester Alan Arthur Renstrøm (drums), world Health Organization proceeded to combine their varied continuous tense and heavy metallic element influences into a demonstration CD called Fluctuadmission -- released late the undermentioned year and as well featuring latterly acquired vocalist/bassist Pål Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart Bjørke (ex-Madder Mortem).
